Lloyd Barger, President, OwnerSHIP. As a senior executive with DHL, Lloyd managed IT Operations for their European division. He knows integration is key to seamless business functionality and he has brought that vision to PMA. His experience in Making Ship Happen positions your business to grow with seamless IT integration and operational management excellence.

Karen Sheriff, Human Resources Director, MentorSHIP. Karen set up a centralized recruitment function for Honeywell in the Czech Republic, placing nearly 800 people in positions. She ensures PMA has a wide array of staffing options from seasonal to sudden and helps our clients maximize their use of our facility and staffing with light assembly, kitting, packaging and more.

Joe McMahon, Operations Director, LeaderSHIP. Joe’s 20 years in warehouse management, international shipping and 12 years of supply chain management experience are great assets to our clients. He is passionate about streamlining operations to achieve continuous process improvement and create seamless data integration.

Lynn Arcaro, Client Relationship Manager, RelationSHIP. Lynn has over 30 years of industry experience ranging from call center management to direct response fulfillment. She understands what’s important in the fulfillment process and how to help our clients make their ship happen.

Jim Garmin, Operations Manager, WorkmanShip. Jim’s 15 years of experience in warehouse management bridges the space between physical execution, the heart of our operations, and the quality control mechanisms which interface with our order data management systems. He manages the flow of work in the warehouse, prioritizing jobs and maximizing the resources on hand.

Marcia Karasek, Business Development Director, EntrepreneurShip. Marcia’s diverse career experience helps PMA’s prospective clients understand how the Operations Side of their business can be improved to meet their financial and growth goals.
