Price vs Cost PDF

Legendary sales trainer and motivational speaker Zig Ziglar handled the price objection with this question:
Well, sir, are you concerned about the price, or are you concerned about the cost?

Zig would appropriately pause and watch the puzzled look on the face of his prospect. Regardless of their answer, Zig would encourage them to understand the costs associated with making a decision solely on price.

In the fulfillment industry, it's easy to attract direct response clients with low pick and pack pricing. New direct response marketers often select their vendor solely on the basic pricing for shipping an order. Months later, their phone book size fulfillment invoice details line item after line item of additional charges for shipping notification emails, backorder notifications, packing slips, credit card processing, decline follow-up notifications, return processing, restocking fees and who knows what charges. Angry and frustrated, they toss the invoice aside only to be more and more frustrated next month.

At PMA Fulfillment, our bundled pricing provides our direct response partners with one price for each order processing. There are simply NO surprises as they know the true cost of their fulfillment process, enabling to focus their time and energy on marketing their program rather than auditing their fulfillment vendor.
