Dear Clients, Partners, and Friends of PMA:

I am pleased to announce that I just celebrated my fourth anniversary at PMA earlier this month. In many ways, it seems hard to believe that time has gone by so quickly, but I am proud of the tremendous progress that we have made in this time period. Lou Hagen, who founded PMA almost 20 years ago, is still very active in the business, which is quite a rarity these days when businesses are sold. I want to thank everyone involved, from our clients to our partners to our employees, who have helped us in our success.

As many of you know, we just rolled out a new innovation in customer service within the direct response industry, and I would like to update you on progress. We are proud to offer the ability for our clients’ customers to look up the status of their orders 24 hours a day through a new website, www.onlineorderinfo.com. The site is free for all clients of PMA and shows our continued dedication to serving our clients through superior customer service. Feel free to add links to your web pages to our new site.

Finally, we just completed our second recent expansion of warehouse storage space, adding a total of 25% to our storage capacity. This will enable us to continue growing with our clients so we can continually take care of their storage and shipment needs.
