Order Management
PMA’s order management system was designed specifically for us based upon our many years of experience in the direct response industry. We use it to process your orders from receipt to fulfillment and feed our customer service team as well as our on-line reporting system. But, most importantly, it has the flexibility to accurately manage many variations in program designs, including several variations of multi-pay and delayed billing offers, and free trial offers. In addition, our systems that manage continuity, auto-ship, and membership programs are unparalleled in the industry. Our set-up is specific for each client to accurately guide each order through processing to reflect your specific program’s design. Merchant Processing
PMA’s merchant processing service presents credit card charges from your customers directly to your merchant processor on your behalf. Funds never pass through a PMA account and all transactions are passed through secure, encrypted, transmissions. Whether your program takes orders on the web, through a call center in real time or batch mode, or any combination of these, PMA can receive and process your transactions efficiently following your rules. PMA can also follow- up on declined credit cards for your orders and your multi-pay and auto-ship programs. We will even respond to any charge-back inquiries on your behalf strictly following your guidelines as well as banking guidelines.
Returns Processing
Accurate and timely returns processing is important to maintain high customer satisfaction as well as maximizing inventory flow and minimizing the expense of customer service inquiries and credit card charge-back challenges. PMA processes all returns according to your instructions within 24 hours.
Kitting
This is truly a customized service. PMA can provide a variety of light assembly, retrofitting, special packaging tasks, and shrink-wrapping services for both consumer and retail distribution. We can support your project in bulk services or with just-in-time delivery for your project.

At PMA we know that data on can make or break a program.
